In an area where many people from the countryside have moved to, we are considering what we can do for them through our traditional soba noodle restaurant.I did.

We want to create a space where people are driven by such thoughts while the soba noodles are being served.Yes, I decided to relocate and rehabilitate a private house in the countryside.
I felt that nothing would make me happier than if I could be of any help to parents thinking of their children and children thinking of their parents, and this thought kept growing and growing. I thought that if I did so, I could become a car family that I could be proud of.

People build houses, houses nurture people.

The Meguro family of Tadami, Aizu, was a family worthy of such words. Mr. Utaji, who was in his mid-80s, was weaving akebi-zaiku in the sun of his shed, and his face was always gentle and calm.

I can remember when I said to him, "I will take your house, but I will also take your personality.
I thought deeply that this is what I want to be like when I get older.
The very idea of "creating a small countryside" is at the heart of this project.
It was an encounter with a suitable private house. The year was 1983, and the snowfall was unprecedentedly heavy.

This handbook tells the story of house building from 1874 to 1875.
Originally, it was a form of mutual assistance and lending/borrowing of labor called "yui" in the Tadami region, which is deep in snow.
It is a memorandum, but the more I read it, the more I felt the resilience, kindness, and warm human relations of the people living in Tadami, an area with heavy snowfall.

I heard this story from a mentor while planning a car house store.

We built the restaurant for our customers. It would be our greatest pleasure if as many customers as possible feel this desire and enjoy our shop.
